Overall: I had a lot of fun, and while I didn’t get my joke fully fixed, it got closer. I think this is a great drill to do at open mics where there’s no actual audience members. Try doing the same (new) joke three or four times in a row. One you’ll get more comfortable doing the joke and comics might start laughing just for the ridiculousness of the repetition. They might even pay attention after the second or third time repetition.

Overall: Decent crowd work to start, otherwise it was mediocre. I got some laughs but nothing huge or constant.

Overall: I ate it. I ate it long, I ate it hard. The bright side is that I didn’t speed up my delivery and rush through jokes. I’m still learning how long to wait when a crowd is not laughing before I break out of material just start having a conversation. I did slightly less bad with my material after I just talked to the crowd for a little.
