Overall: I pretty much bombed. I was working from behind by my awkward opening and never fully dug myself out of the hole. I need to figure out the first thing to say to a crowd when I get up there before I get into material. I think a “Thank you” can suffice, but I can’t go straight into a joke, it’s awkward.
