I’m MCing for a full house
httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YVB9MQ0qUDI
0m25s There was a blizzard forecast which never came
0m50s The background talking is the waitress taking orders, I can’t call that out
1m58s I always have fun being an inept psychic
2m08s I missed an easy “bring you up and down” joke
2m36s Good call back and add on to a previous crowd work joke
2m51s I should’ve said, “oh, you work for the government”
3m51s Say “I’m gonna be hitting on you” a lot slower and more seductively
5m10s That was a short amount of up front time
5m48s A table was completely not listening, so I had to call them out before proceeding, best part was it took me three times of saying something before they realized it was about them
7m22s Good to know the second part of the dogs joke still works
7m35s The mic kept breaking
8m32s It might be more effective to say “Relax,” before “the crabs are fresh”
This is the check spot portion of my set
httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q1CEHyLN-Fs
0m39s I try to find one or two people listening and talk to them
1m08s I’m going faster than usual, I need to slow down
3m47s It should be “one couple” not “one person”
4m47s Just when you thought it couldn’t get louder…
5m29s I need to slow down
6m54s It’s always good to dedicate a herpes joke to a specific table
9m02s And one group is back and listening
9m49s The “I don’t mean to give the game away” felt forced, I need to pause longer before it
Check Spot Part 2

1m49s It finally got quiet
Overall: The other comics got solid laughs so I did my job as the MC. I had some decent crowd work and did the loudest check spot I’ve ever had without losing track of what I was saying. My couple of jokes between comics went over pretty well too.
