Doing a set at my Astoria show

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1dE2hxS-elg

4m59s There were people walking by slowly so I tried to address it

5m44s Good improvised line

7m42s Might be funnier to make an inflating the balloon motion first

Overall: Good set especially with the small crowd, it almost seems that the psycho character plays better in front of smaller (under 30 people) crowds

Doing a spot 2+ hours into a small show

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8DHhViayDmo

1m24s Reword to “the voice usually sounds like this”

1m38s Don’t justify them not laughing, either use a save line or let it go

4m49s The father line can be said in my regular voice

Overall: Mediocre set. I remembered it going better than it went on the tape.

Hosting an open mic

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_2BK8-GHnFs

1m06s The first half of the sentence should be in my regular voice

2m09s Do the crazy laugh-stop after “amateur hour”

3m25s The call the cops line should be in my regular voice

4m48s The warning line should be in my regular voice

Overall: Standard mic response

Hosting the writer’s mic

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3RDCBRYp48M

Overall: Decent for a mic. I introduced the character but then didn’t really go in and out of it, and I think the effect can be stronger if you never know in which voice I’ll say the next line.
