The 8pm show

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g4sQlhzyT1k

0m17s Do “hey” for a second longer

5m08s Checks starting to get dropped

7m44s Good line to set it up

7m54s Good delivery on the hair cut line

9m19s Best the birthday bit has gone to date

10m28s Look up more on the hair line

Overall: Great set. Checks got dropped halfway through but I still got strong laughs and the new birthday material is really coming together.

The 8pm show

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fY4UmSK5RSM

0m15s Do the “hey” nicer and for a little longer

4m40s Good improvising off their response

5m50s Nice to see that the “punch lines are for amateurs” line works on a real crowd too

7m33s I need to make three very distinct physicalizations for the three characters

Overall: Good but not great. I need more practice with the birthday stuff and to trim the words a little.

Super late night (3:30am) at a music and comedy mic

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pk2zfQH2IJQ

1m01s I’ve had this line for a week, gotta try it a real show now

2m01s This needs an actual punch line

2m23s Before responding, add “and I’m like”

2m55s Do the right hand motion there, don’t go wide

5m25s Deliver the haircut line in a more throw away manner

7m46s Not sure about keeping the slogan

8m24s Jump as I say “cannon ball”

8m37s Point outwards on “most people” not to myself

Overall: Good set for the middle of the night. The new birthday material is almost there but needs a little more work.

Doing a short audition set

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zQ_tFVVroK8

3m53s Nice when I can reuse an improvised line from a few weeks ago

5m24s Turn a little more on “looking over your shoulder”

Overall: Great set. Consistent laughs throughout and I ended on an applause break.
