  1. What is the effect of setting goals not reached upon your psyche?

I love the idea of creating goals, but I seriously feel a sadness for you when I read your recaps. Do you keep these goals in mind throughout the year and focus towards accomplishing them? Or do you just set them and say yeah I want to do this that and the other and just continue on your path? Good stuff!

    TS!

  2. Hey Tommy,

    Thanks for the comments.

I think about the goals (past and present) for a few days right around Jan 1st and then totally forget about them until the end of the year. Then I review them and am like “oh wow, I did that” or “oops, guess that wasn’t important.” I do like to think that putting them down somehow zaps it into my subconscious. And I find it interesting how just thinking about goals even a little each year forces you to prioritize what you’re gonna do.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Best,
    Ben
